Higher Education- NTC has provided a variety of services to our customers in higher education, including: remodeling libraries and learning centers, creating event spaces, constructing smart conference and study spaces, building state-of-the-art laboratories, developing student common and living areas, installing required materials to allow for wireless campus connectivity, updating storage solutions, installing flooring, putting in elevators or lift systems, replacing/installing HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Parks & Recreation- NTC has worked on a variety projects within the parks system including: constructing a multi-seasonal use pavilion that provides visitors access to the area three seasons of the year. Special features include a clock and a fireplace. Additionally, NTC has experience building bathhouses which include restrooms, changing rooms, and showers; as well as auxiliary buildings to include kitchen and food preparation areas, improving grounds for picnic and play areas, replacing/installing HVAC, plumbing and electrical.Roofing, paving, striping, increasing building accessibility, planting and providing aesthetically pleasing green spaces.
Medical Facilities– NTC has worked extensively in the field of medical facilities construction including: constructing and remodeling physician and employee offices, hospitals– comprising of emergency rooms, outpatient clinics, laboratories, radiology areas, gift shops, patient rooms, as well as constructing smart meeting spaces, conference rooms, establishing wireless connectivity, comfortable waiting rooms, installing elevators or lift systems, replacing/installing HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Industrial/Commercial- NTC has performed work on several commercial and industrial sites. We have repaired ceilings at a local retailer, repaired the exterior façade of a local dentist, and have built a new outbuilding for a local steel and engineering firm. NTC works with our subcontractor partners to achieve desired results on time and budget.
